Shipping Fees:
The standard shipping fee for our Express Post service is $15 for packages containing gold jewellery of standard size and weight. This fee covers the cost of expedited delivery and handling.
Additional Cover:
We understand the value of your gold jewellery shipments and offer additional cover for added protection. The cost of extra cover depends on the price of the gold jewellery item being shipped.
Above $5,000 Contact us for a quote . Please note that the additional cover is optional. If you choose not to purchase additional cover, your shipment will be covered up to a maximum of $100 in case of loss or damage, as per Australia Post's terms and conditions.
Packaging and Security:
We take utmost care in packaging your gold jewellery items to ensure their safety during transit. Each piece is securely packaged in a tamper-evident pouch or box to minimise the risk of damage or loss. We also use discreet packaging to maintain the confidentiality of your purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Items are checked and guaranteed authentic, brand new and without damages prior to shipping.
On hand items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase and with same or higher value items. Please ensure product comes in original packaging on exchange. Clients to pay shipping fee for returns.
LOST AND DAMAGE OF ITEMS WHILST IN TRANSIT
For orders $100 and up, we strongly encourage our customers to take extra cover insurance to ensure that the total price of item/s will be refunded in case of damage/lost. If customers opt not to avail, a maximum of $100 will be refunded as per AUSTRALIA POST policy.
PRE-ORDER RETURN POLICY:
Due to items being ordered overseas, we DO NOT accept return/exchange for pre-ordered item(s) unless damaged on receipt. Please make sure sizes are appropriate on placing order(s).
